Commercial Broker Program – FAQ’s

The Commercial Broker Program is a structured learning pathway that helps brokers build knowledge and confidence across commercial property and finance. It combines practical instruction with guidance from experienced commercial specialists.

It is designed for residential brokers moving into commercial lending and for brokers who want to consolidate or extend their commercial finance knowledge. It can also benefit experienced professionals who want a structured refresher and access to practical resources.

The current live program is delivered through 90-minute online tutorials over 12 weeks. It includes comprehensive student guides, tutorial recordings, tools and resources, assessments and access to ongoing CPD webinars. Guest industry specialists may also contribute to the program.

The program builds capability, provide recognised CPD and assist towards securing lender accreditations, but it does not replace any lender accreditation, aggregator approval, licensing, membership or professional requirements that may apply to your business. Check with your aggregator and relevant lenders before providing new services.
